YES!! I've eaten really well, exercised most days, and lost 2kg for my efforts. Wow that feels good. I feel like I've pushed up from the bottom of a deep pool, gasped some air, and stopped myself from drowning. I was doubting I'd be able to stop re-gaining all the weight I'd lost. But I still have the skills. I can do it. I MUST do it...
