This is the end of one week of holidays for us. We've stayed home and relaxed a lot. BUT... I can't relax as much as I used to because I feel terrible if I'm not active a few times during the day. I keep looking for ways to move about e.g. walk to bus stop and take bus to town rather than driving; parked further away from the museum than I needed to yesterday so we'd have to walk a bit etc. I've done exercise in gym or pool each day too.
I don't recognize this person!! I've always been able to be utterly lazy and love it. I've never had any wish to exercise - hence the 138kg weight I reached! I've always wished there was a pill to take that would make me want to exercise. It seems I must have found it!
Liz (on the WW board) wrote about wanting to bottle this feeling cos its all going well for her. I think I should go to her place and we'll do some bottling together!

It is a wonderful feeling isn't it! Being motivated to do stuff you never thought you would do!
