I stayed the same this week. It's the first time I haven't had a loss. Thank goodness I still haven't had a gain.
I stayed within points and earned 34 exercise points. But my period had me feeling very bloated so I'll blame that. I weighed myself a couple of times during the week and was up 1kg a few days ago, so I'm lucky to be back to the same weight as last week!
I expect a really good loss next week (fingers and toes crossed!)
I'm annoyed, but not upset. It doesn't make me want to throw it all in.
I don't know why I'm in such a good frame of mind about weightloss this year, but I hope it stays!
