More of the "Before" photos I've been saving...

 

This photo left me speechless when I first saw it. And tearful. I knew that I had struggled to get my bum into that chair, but surely it was just an under-sized chair?? I was about 138kg. This was taken 7 years ago though, so obviously it didn't shock me into losing weight. I stored it in a random file on the computer so it wouldn't be found again. It has taken me ages to actually find it today.

 

What a picture of health...NOT!!! This was taken 3 years ago. I guess I was about 135kg. That size 26 shirt is struggling to fit around me. The aeroplane seatbelt is cutting into me badly. I remember how uncomfortable that flight was. My daughter took this photo but I have never shown it to anyone until now.  I figure that if I share it here, it strengthens my resolve to never go back to that weight.
