I'm happy and back in the groove

The sun has gone down on this long holiday I've had. It's been a superb time of relaxing, being with family and travelling. My weight goal for these 2 months was not to gain, and hopefully lose. Since work finished on June 4 I've lost 4kg. Each time I went away on holiday it went up a bit, but it soon came down too. So, I'm happy with that result.
I feel very ready to get back to the eating/working out routine that I had established from January to June. What I've learned about myself lately is that the new way of eating and living my life has become a habit. I am starting to think about aiming for goal weight - I've never thought that was a possibility before this.
The "eating-whatever-I-want-and-stuff-the-consequences" boat has sailed away, and I'm not on it.

I feel on top of the world and in charge!

Photos are of 1) sunset at Fremantle  2) the view from our apartment in Fremantle. Booked for one night but stayed for 3 since it was so gorgeous there. 3) The 56th floor of Singapore's newest hotel called Marina Bay Sands. Google it - I have never seen a building like it!!
