The BEST part about being obese is that I can still drop big weights per week. I love that! Two weeks ago I lost 2kg. Last week I gained 300g, but this week I lost 1.5kg. I know it will slow down later, and I look forward to being a lot smaller, but BIG LOSSES ROCK!!!
To be honest, this week's loss is due to stress re my father's illness. I've coped with it by working out very hard in the gym with LOUD music. Last week's gain was due to drinking wine to cope with my worries. It's not rocket science that the working out was better for me than the wine!
27.2kg gone altogether. If I lose just 400g next week, that will be 20% of my body gone. Gotta be happy about that!

woohooo go Deb! I think your doing great and what a good way to beat out your stress with the gym and music rather than chocie and cake! (i know what id choose and its the later!)
