Well what a surprise - when I track everything I lose weight! Happy to have bid goodbye to another 700g this week (although if I go to the trouble of drinking ZERO alcohol in a week, surely I deserve no less than a kilo loss???)
Unfortunately, I've hurt my back again through exercising. I was doing much higher resistance numbers on the cross trainer and must have overdone it. I have absolutely no core strength. Have to work on that...
27.7kg down. Still not half way. But getting there.

ReplyDeleteTake it easy on the exercise luv, don't want you getting seriously hurt! Being out of action with my broken toe put some really dark clouds over my head and I'd hate to have the same thing happen to you!
Maybe you could look at something like pilates for core strength? Like a DVD or something? I used to use Windsor Pilates DVDs (hmm need to dig those out!) and I really enjoyed them...

Fantastic loss Deb- its amazing what we can do with focus and a positive outlook. Perhaps we need to go searching for the recipe for bottling the feeling of success we were looking for several months back when were were on track and in control. I truly believe we have that recipe and that its up to us to believe in ourselves!!
