A visual reminder

I've gained 1kg this week. I've been on some stupid kind of maintenance plan for a month or more. I need to move the scales down each week! Exercise is part of the problem - my back has been sore and makes exercise difficult. Walking is ok, but the air quality in Singapore is officially listed as "Unhealthy" this week due to smoke billowing in from Indonesia, so I'm not walking outside.
To remind myself of how far I've come, I've taken a photo of the pants I wore before I started WW, and the pants I'm wearing today are on top of them. A very visible difference.

Black = Size 26. White = Size 18
Maybe I should buy a pair od size 12 pants to lay on top, as my goal??

  1. Wow you can really see the difference in the pants - what a great idea.
    Focus on the 28kg not the 1kg - I have also been a bit and down lately must be the time of the year - just focus on one day at a time - don't focus on what you can't do focus on what you CAN DO and can control ie the food.

    It can be really good to look at other things not just the number of the scale - you have made some fabulous changes all round, well done you!
