I was in tears today at the Weigh In.
I started at 138kg. I've had a long-time goal of getting under 120kg. I thought I'd be close to it today but when I weighed in the scales said 119.7. I stared at the number and started crying unexpectedly. Thankfully only 3 of my colleagues were in there (we weigh in at work). They couldn't understand at first but when I told them I had just gone under a particular decade in my weight, they were all hugging me.
This feels so good. Imagine how I'll react when I see a number that starts with 99!! I hope to do that by the end of the year.
Off to work I go, grinning like an idiot...

YAAAAAYYYY for you!!! You should be skipping whistling jumping laughing holding your head up...what a great start to the weekend and an even better milestone on your journey!!! YAY FOR YOU!!!!!! WELL DONE!!!! BIG HUGS!!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteI love reading your blogs - you come across as a wise & happy person!
Enjoy this feeling knowing that YOU made it happen by the choices you have been making since you started your WW journey!
PS - though I know you live in Singapore (no op shops with your size) but do you know anything about Hong Kong?
I will be spending 3 days there in October so need to know what tourist things to do!
