You gain some, you lose some!

Happy to report that in 6 days I have not only lost the 1kg I gained last week but another half a kg as well.
Yippee!!
1.5kg in 6 days due to tracking, smart choices, pounding the cross trainer, and sheer determination.
Happy dancing shall continue....
