But then I thought about it differently:
- it's moved a pretty long way already
- all I have to do is repeat my current losses two more times, then I'll be at goal
Rome wasn't built in a day.
This body wasn't bulked in a year.
I've been morbidly obese for a damn long time. So, I'll keep plodding along. I will be more than halfway along the ticker this year. It could be at the end of the ticker next year.

ReplyDeleteTotally agree I too soo want to be there and maintaining but the good thing about the journeying to goal is we are forming or discovering new ways to make this a permanent lifestyle change and learning so much about ourselves.
If the journey was easy we may not succeed long term. As that age old saying goes "Slow and steady wins the race"!!!
