I am a coffee addict. I try to only have 2 coffees a day. Sometimes I manage with one per day, but it has to be good coffee. I have been thinking for a while that I'd like to reward myself for losing 20kg and 15% with something special. I had thought about the Nespresso Coffee machine, but it was too expensive to contemplate. BUT... the parents in my class gave me an incredibly generous thank you gift of $300 vouchers for a department store, and in the same week I won $225 in our Biggest loser competition. So, I splurged. I felt guilty about it, because I don't usually do such things, but it was all 'free money' in my mind, so I did it.
I am so delighted with it!! The coffee is in capsules. You lift the black lid on top, drop the capsule in and push the button. In seconds, the beautiful aroma of good coffee is right there. My husband prefers a weaker coffee than me, so he pops in a different capsule and gets a perfect coffee for his tastes. We bought the milk frother too, so Flat Whites or Lattes or Cappuccinos are ready in less than one minute.
So my new motto is "Nothing tastes as good as the feeling of losing weight AND the coffee I can have due to my hard work."
