Another kilo melts away...

I'm keeping my 1kg per week average going. I'm happily surprised that I lost another kilo this week when I've only exercised once due to a very sore back. I was very careful with the food!
Yay!!!

  1. Well done Deb! I haven't had a kilo loss in awhile! Think it must be the thyroid! I will put it down to that...and not my more lax attitude in regards to portion size!

    Things are going well though over my side. Although I still want to nap, I am not exhausted! That has to be a start. and i have started running again. Not where I was at, but getting back there! Even on the DH side, it seems he thinks i am now "normal" so I don't need to continue with losing weight. Normal with a BMI of 31??? yeah right!

    Hope your back is on the mend and you can start exercising again. Your photo looks great too! I like that shirt on you...very flattering! :)

  2. Well done Deb! During my 40 weeks on the WW program, I've only ever lost more than 1.0 kg twice!

    This week it was only 0.1 kg in spite of the 500% increase in exercise!

    Oh well, the tape measure shows a loss of 10cm so I'm more than happy!
