Eating when stressed...

Had a small car accident yesterday. Nobody hurt thank goodness, but it was particularly difficult to NOT have a gin & tonic or chocolate to soothe the nerves. Have just driven carefully to the workshop for repairs and have come home all shaky again, wanting a drink. I didn't succumb last night, and I WON'T succumb tonight. I think I'll scuttle off to the gym - might be good for me!

  4. Really hope you are ok!!! In times like this a little gin and tonic probably is medicinal!!! LOL.....but really I am glad you didnt succumb and used the gym instead! Hope it is all ok!

  5. Gosh Deb, make sure you look after yourself. How about a nice bath, cup of tea and book after your workout. You are probably in a bit of shock.
