A great day

I'm feeling great because:
-I lost 900g. I'm so glad I didn't give in to the Easter Egg temptation. Got my 15kg star too (15.5kg gone)
-Yesterday I went to Marks & Spencer to see how far off I am from fitting their clothes. I came home with a new pair of trousers!! Don't get too excited - they are size 20, and many of their size 20's don't fit yet, but in a month they will. It's so reassuring to know that now there are 2 shops in Singapore where I can go shopping, cos my pants are literally falling off me.
Onwards and downwards! (I'm talking about weight, not pants!!)

  1. Gosh, you are doing so well! A loss that big over Easter week in awesome. Well done, Debbie.

Enjoy wearing your new pants for the next few weeks because I suspect they won't fit you for too much longer!

  2. Hey, congrats on the loss, Deb - you are doing so, so well :)

And yay for new pants - that must be so exciting. I think I'm just getting to the point where my clothes are getting a little big but trying to hold out from shopping for a bit longer, if I can. Methinks it will become a very expensive exercise!

Also, thanks for your advice re: the exercise/PT - I'm with you, would definitely make it a business relationship and keep it separate from our friendship. It must be so annoying to be a PT and constantly be asked for tips and advice freebies without being paid!

    Enjoy your weekend!

  6. I always think if you can lose weight over Easter and Christmas you are doing okay and it means the mind is in gear for this whole weight loss journey. Give yourself a pat on the back for that. I must admit I was delighted that I lost 600 grams as well, keep up the good work. Martine
